Dundas Real Estate Investments was founded in the city of Toronto in 1997, as a real estate investment and management firm with focus on commercial and retail properties. We have offices located in Toronto along with a US platform based in Daytona Beach managing our Florida properties.
We’ve adapted a very effective style of management that has allowed us to build and retain lasting relationships with our Tenants.

Rent Relief during the COVID-19 Pandemic:
Dundas Real Estate Investments Inc., is proud to be the first company who provided Tenants in Canada and the USA with a Rent Deferral program. We provided this option to all our Tenants in March of 2020 to help them out during the uncertain times, prior to the Government programs being released.
We were one of few Landlords in Canada to participate in the Canada Emergency Commercial Rent Assistant (CECRA) program. This program provided Rent Relief to all Tenant’s who were eligible.
In September 2020, the Canada Emergency Rent Subsidy (CERS) program was released by the Federal Government. Which we have encouraged all of our eligible Tenants to apply for.

We take care of all details of the day-to-day management, including collecting rent, preparing budgets, improvements repairs and preventive maintenance.
